Court9’s Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern Court9’s relationship with users and others who interact with Court9. By using or accessing Court9, you agree to this Statement.

This policy contains eight sections. You can jump to each section by selecting the links below:

1. Privacy

  • Your privacy is extremely important to us. In our Privacy Policy we make important disclosures about how you can use Court9 to connect and share information with others and how we collect and can use your content and information.

2. Sharing Your Content and Information

  • 2.1 You own all of the content and information you post on Court9. In addition:
    • 2.1.1 With regards to content that is covered by intellectual property rights, such as photos ("IP content"), you specifically give Court9 a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you upload to Court9 ("IP License").
    • 2.1.2 We may use any of your feedback or suggestions about Court9 without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).

3. Safety

  • 3.1 We endeavour to do our best to keep Court9 safe, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it. We need you to abide by the following commitments:
    • 3.1.1 You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on Court9.
    • 3.1.2 You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
    • 3.1.3 You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
    • 3.1.4 You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
    • 3.1.5 You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Court9.
    • 3.1.6 You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Court9, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
    • 3.1.7 You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
    • 3.1.8 You will not use Court9 to do anything unlawful, malicious, or discriminatory.
    • 3.1.9 You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of Court9, such as a denial of service attack.
    • 3.1.10 You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.

4. Registration and Account Security

  • 4.1 We need you to abide by the following commitments when registering and maintaining the security of your account:
    • 4.1.1 You will not provide any false personal information on Court9, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
    • 4.1.2 You will not create more than one personal profile.
    • 4.1.3 If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
    • 4.1.4 You will not use your personal profile for your own commercial gain (such as selling your status update to an advertiser).
    • 4.1.5 You will not use Court9 if you are under 13.
    • 4.1.6 You will not use Court9 if you are a convicted sex offender.
    • 4.1.7 You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
    • 4.1.8 You will not transfer your account to anyone without first getting our written permission.
    • 4.1.9 If you select a username for your account we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user's actual name).

5. Protecting Other People's Rights

  • 5.1 We respect the people's rights, and expect you to do the same.
    • 5.1.1 You will not post content or take any action on Court9 that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.
    • 5.1.2 We can remove any content or information you post on Court9 if we believe that it violates this Statement.
    • 5.1.3 You will not use our copyrights or trademarks (including Court9 logo) without our written permission.
    • 5.1.4 You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on Court9.

6. Termination

  • 6.1 If you violate this Statement, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of Court9 to you. We will notify you by email or at the next time you attempt to access your account. You may also delete your account at any time. In all such cases, this Statement shall terminate.

7. Definitions

  • 7.1 By "Court9" we mean the features and services we make available, including through (a) our website at www.Court9.com; (b) our Platform; and (c) other media, software (such as a toolbar), devices, or networks now existing or later developed.
  • 7.2 By "us," "we" and "our" we mean Court9.
  • 7.3 By "information" we mean facts and other information about you, including actions you take.
  • 7.4 By "data" we mean content and information that third parties can retrieve from Court9 or provide to Court9 through Platform.
  • 7.5 By "content" we mean anything you post on Court9 that would not be included in the definition of "information."

8. Other

  • 8.1 This Statement makes up the entire agreement between the parties regarding Court9, and supersedes any prior agreements.
  • 8.2 If we fail to enforce any of this Statement, it will not be considered a waiver.
  • 8.3 You will not transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Statement to anyone else without our consent.
  • 8.4 All of our rights and obligations under this Statement are freely assignable by us in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.
  • 8.5 Nothing in this Statement shall prevent us from complying with the law.
